As a QA Engineer You will work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Functional Testers, and the CS AI Tech Lead to build robust automated test frameworks that guarantee the reliability and performance of our AI-driven customer service solutions. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where quality assurance is tightly integrated with software development, using the same modern Java-based (but not only) technology stack that powers our AI applications

You will:  

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using Java and related technologies and more.
• Collaborate with Developers to ensure testability and quality are built into the product from the start.
• Develop and execute integration, regression, performance, and API tests for microservices and AI-driven applications.
• Work with Functional Testers to translate manual test cases into automated scripts.
• Perform root cause analysis for test failures and collaborate on defect resolution

You have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Test Developer, SDET, or Dev QA Engineer.
• Strong coding skills in Java with experience in Spring Boot and testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Solid understanding of microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, and cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
