Corporate Procurement Manager
We are seeking a hands-on Corporate Procurement Manager to build and enhance our central procurement function during a critical growth phase. This role blends commercial ownership with process design and execution, requiring initiative in a fast-moving environment. You will shape procurement across sourcing, negotiations, tooling, governance, and adoption, with direct involvement in vendor selection and complex negotiations. The scope spans cloud/SaaS solutions to professional services, demanding a fast learner who can quickly grasp new domains, identify key drivers, and act decisively.
You will:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing and contracting through purchasing, approvals, and supplier management.
- Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end, securing competitive pricing, strong contractual terms, and appropriate risk protections across a wide range of spend categories.
- Proactively source and evaluate vendors, running structured sourcing and market analysis processes to identify the best partners for the business.
- Translate business needs into clear commercial and contractual requirements, even when information is incomplete or evolving.
- Own the rollout, optimization, and adoption of procurement tools and workflows, ensuring they are practical, efficient, and embedded in daily operations.
- Build and lead a central procurement function, including governance, policies, templates, and operating standards.
- Drive measurable cost savings, value creation, and risk reduction through both better deals and better processes.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Supply Chain to enable the business while maintaining clear procurement ownership.
- Use data and reporting to monitor performance and continuously improve procurement effectiveness
You have:
- 5+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a senior, standalone, or leadership role in a fast-paced environment (e-commerce, tech, or high-growth companies preferred).
- Strong and proven negotiation skills, with experience leading complex commercial discussions across different categories.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing procurement processes, not just operating within existing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience implementing and improving procurement tooling, including PO, CLM, or Source-to-Pay solutions.
- Ability to quickly understand new domains (technology, SaaS, finance, services) and focus on what matters commercially.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract structures, compliance, and supplier risk management.
- Comfortable building structure and clarity in an evolving organization.
