Your responsibilities
- Manage dedicated Paid performance projects for over 30 markets all across the world.
- Based on collaboration with the Paid performance team, prepare and implement the company paid media strategy.
- Collaborate with the Performance marketing team.
- Plan and allocate paid media channel budgets on a day-to-day basis for efficient growth.
- Analyze and optimize traffic and conversion path.
- Analyze the quality of the traffic by using proper tools like Google Analytics.
- Analyze and report on the campaigns.
Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on marketing experience.
- Knowledge of marketing online trends.
- Being Fluent or at least communicative in English and German
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend data and sales analytics.
- Experience with data feeds and email marketing is beneficial.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and software.
