You’ll serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and work cross-functionally with teams such as logistics, distribution, production, sourcing, legal, and finance, external brokers, governments and consultants. You will lead the Global operational customs team.

You will:

• Oversee global trade compliance, including audits, risk and AEO-assessments, regulatory inquiries, and corrective action planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global trade laws, labeling regulations, and packaging requirements.
• Managing the customs team and brokers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Project management, Shipping, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Logistics. Legal) to develop and implement new customs requirements.

You have:

• Bachelor’s level
• 5-10 years’ experience in Global Customs matters
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Ability to identify compliance gaps and recommend/implement process improvements for the global supply chain
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Stakeholder management/change management
