IT Service Desk Specialist
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
You will:
- Handle incidents and tickets, performing troubleshooting and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with users, providing updates, guidance, and training to enhance IT proficiency.
- Deliver timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage Active Directory and Exchange administration, including security groups, mailbox creation, distribution groups and access rights management.
- Document incidents, actions, and resolutions to ensure accurate records and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.

We Ask:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in shifts covering a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and national holidays.
- Proven experience in an IT support role, including working with ticketing/service desk systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration.
- Experince with Microsoft apps(Teams,Outlook) and Atlassian apps (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
