The Resource Planner is responsible for managing the allocation, scheduling and optimization of resources within vidaXL. This role involves planning, forecasting, and ensuring that our employees are planned in a efficiently and effectively way to meet our operational goals.

You will:

• Plan and assign resources based on requirements and availability.
• Ensure optimal use of resources to avoid underutilization or overutilization.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand resource needs.
• Forecast resource requirements for future projects, ensuring that sufficient resources are available to meet demand.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential resource shortages or bottlenecks.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Able to analyze and detect deviations in the planning and pro-actively solve them
• Ability to forecast and predict resource needs accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams. Strong language skills (proficient) in English (must) and Dutch (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
