Project Manager CFO Office
The Project Manager CFO Office, will play a crucial role in keeping the CFO organized and informed, ensuring their calendar is up to date, preparing them for meetings, managing key administrative tasks, and following up with stakeholders. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs, streamline processes, and flag potential business issues.
You will:
- Maintain and coordinate the CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure they are well-prepared with necessary materials and insights.
- Gather relevant data, reports, and briefings for upcoming meetings; follow up on action items with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and their direct reports, ensuring deliverables are on track and escalating issues when necessary.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense claims, document organization, and other administrative tasks.
- When required, take clear and concise notes in meetings, summarizing key takeaways, action points, and follow-up items.

We ask:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or financial professionals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive attitude, resourcefulness, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
