We’re looking for an enthusiastic Organic Social Media Intern to support our Social Media Specialists in creating and managing engaging content across various platforms. You’ll help execute social media projects, craft compelling posts, assist with community interactions, and contribute to strategies that drive engagement and growth. If you're a creative thinker with strong writing skills and a keen interest in social media communication, we’d love to hear from you!

You will learn:

• Content Ideation and Planning: Learn how to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media content across our markets. You’ll gain experience in creating detailed content briefs that align with brand strategy and messaging.
• Copywriting: Develop your copywriting skills by crafting compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts across various platforms. You’ll learn how to create messaging that resonates with diverse audiences and supports campaign objectives.
• Social Media Management: Understand the process of scheduling and publishing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Threads. You’ll learn how to manage content calendars and ensure posts align with the brand’s voice and strategy.
• Community Management: Gain hands-on experience managing online communities by learning to respond to Facebook comments and messages with a professional, empathetic tone, even when handling negative feedback. You'll also explore engagement opportunities in Facebook groups and Reddit threads to better understand how to build meaningful brand interactions.
• Teamwork: Gain experience working closely with Social Media, Marketing, Translation, and Graphic Design teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals. You’ll learn how to collaborate effectively to bring creative ideas to life and ensure content is localized for different markets.
• Foundational Skills:Build a strong foundation in social media marketing by engaging in hands-on learning experiences. You’ll be exposed to basic social media performance tracking and understand how these insights can inform content planning and strategy.

We ask:

• Advanced English skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Passion for social media, especially Instagram and Facebook, knowledge of Reddit is a plus
• Creative thinking and basic copywriting skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with different teams
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with online communities on platforms like Facebook and Reddit, with the ability to respond to users in a friendly, professional tone, even in sensitive or negative situations
