We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Procurement Strategy Lead to build and lead our central procurement function from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing our procurement department, implementing key tools (including a new Purchase Order and Contract Lifecycle Management system), and driving operational excellence across our procurement processes.  This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supply chains. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large-scale e-commerce environment, with a proven track record of driving procurement efficiencies and cost savings.

You will:

• Drive sourcing strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure contract compliance.
• Reduce costs, streamline procurement processes, and leverage data for continuous improvement.
• Work with key departments to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with overall operations.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure regulatory and policy adherence.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership or standalone role in a fast-paced environment (eCommerce, tech, or high-growth companies a plus).
• Proven experience implementing procurement tools (especially PO and CLM systems) and optimizing procurement processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, compliance, and supplier management.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and building from scratch.
• Experience with ERP or finance systems integration (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
