As our Accounting Manager

You will be responsible for the execution and review of various accounting activities and balance sheet items. Also, you will be leading a team of two accountants.

You will:

• Managing accounting operations for multiple legal entities across different countries, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Supervising audits and collaborating with external auditors for a seamless audit process.
• Leading and mentoring your team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Driving process improvements in SAP S/4HANA, optimizing its use for accounting and controlling functions.
• Monitoring the Global Financial Operations team's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the team leader to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensuring compliance with Dutch and international accounting regulations, as well as internal accounting policies.
• Engaging in cross-functional finance and interdepartmental projects to optimize financial operations.

You have:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Business Economics or Accounting, (CPA certification is a plus)
• You have at least 5+ years of experience as a (financial) controller or financial accountant, or in accountancy.
• You are analytically strong and focused on results
• Leadership skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel, and experience and/or affinity with SAP ECC/S4Hana
• Fluency in Dutch and English
